All products you buy online at Fruitologist, with the exception of Gift Cards, are covered by our returns policy.
If the product you buy from Fruitologist is faulty or if you are not satisfied with it, then we will offer to refund the purchase price, exchange or where possible we will repair the product.
To make a claim under our Returns Policy, you must contact us with details of the purchase & we will discuss the concern.
You may be required to return the item to us at your cost.
In addition to claims for faulty or defective products, at our discretion we may offer to refund the purchase price where you have simply changed your mind provided you return the product to us unopened, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase and the product is still in a saleable condition.
For certain fresh food items for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept these due to having changed your mind.
In providing refunds it will be our discretion to either refunding the purchase price in either the original payment method or store credit / voucher.
